Letter from Sampson Phelps about free airline tickets

Here’s another Leading Incentive Agency!  (See other posts here.) Please comment if you received one.

It tells you that you have qualified for an award of 2 roundtrip airline tickets. It looks like it was actually signed by Linda Moss, the “Vice President of the Travel Awards Division.”

The www.sampsonphelps.com website exists. Here’s the whois info: http://www.whois.net/whois/sampsonphelps.com — registered October 5, 2010.

They hand write the address on the envelope and use a real stamp.

    Funny thing is they sent it to “Christine” That’s not my legal name, so no collecting the tickets for me! HA HA

    Just received my letter signed L. Moss today, although the signature is different. I smell a BIG rat! What gets me is the address that they sent this to is my work address!!! I’m turning this over to the USPS!

    Read the BBB and TV news articles, it shares what it is like. If you read some comments from other letters on this blog, you’ll see what the phone call is like.

    I received this same letter from Linda Moss yesterday, November 6, 2010. I was skeptical, so I went to the web and found this blog.

    Well, I too received a letter today. To bad they are wasting .44 on a stamp.
    Linda Moss signature was nothing like the one above. The M was totally different. Must have a room full of illegals in Arizona signing L Moss… What a joke!
    I called and asked for Linda Moss and they hung up!!! LOL

    Why would anyone respond to this? I am filing an advertising complaint with the BBB.I would suggest that everyone report this letter so that this company stops this type of solicitation.

    Just received mine yesterday Nov. 7,2010. Must respond by Nov. 10,2010 after trying to contact me with out success. What a joke! Please beware they are now mailing these letters to us around Nashville,Tn. Call them and ask for Linda Moss, shes not available. Signature is not the same as on other letters. Call any how and have some fun.
